Turkish Coffee


Ingredients:

  • 150ml filtered water
  • 3 tsp (6g each) of Al Ameed Turkish coffee
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation method:


  1. For 2 cups, pour 150ml of filtered water into your pot and bring to a boil. Set the pot aside.
  2. Add 3 tsp (6g each) of Al Ameed Turkish coffee to the boiling water and stir well.
  3. Add sugar to taste.
  4. Turn down the heat and simmer while stirring gently for about 3 minutes or until a rich foam forms.
  5. Move the pot from the heat and stir to avoid boiling over, repeat this step once or twice.
  6. Distribute the foam into the coffee cups.
  7. Pour the remaining coffee slowly to preserve the foam.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
