Machines are to be brought to any of Al Ameed Coffee’s main branches and then our maintenance team will contact you to inform you of the required repair time and incurred costs. Alternatively, you may call us Custome Care on +962 6 581 4300.

Any machine purchased from Al Ameed Coffee’s main branches is offered a warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. However, coffee solutions purchased via our online store are not covered by warranty.

Unfortunately, we do not. Our online orders are shipped via DHL Express and charges may vary based on shipping destination and order quantity.
